Terms of Use
Version 3 (name matching). This service is for people aged 18 or over, with Fernand Levy Silvestre de Assis named as responsible operator. Launch depends on legal review and activation of support channels.
Responsibility and declaration
The applicant declares that they are an individual partner and authorized to register and declare a position on behalf of the business. Automatic clearance indicates ONLY a name match between the document field and one unique eligible QSA partner, not authentication of identity, document or ownership. We do not detect altered documents or guarantee the absence of people with the same name. False information or documents may result in rejection and suspension. The CNPJ must correspond to the company and the applicant's relationship to it.
Subscription
Monthly plan of R$49.99 per business, auto-renewing and starting only after name-match clearance and purchase completion. Document submission is free. The subscription allows the declaration to be displayed; it does not buy verification, promotion or lenient moderation. When it expires, the declaration is no longer displayed; the basic listing may remain.
On the web, an eligible CNPJ receives one free calendar month in UTC (adjusted to the last day of the month when needed). Then R$49.99/month per business, auto-renewing; cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. The benefit does not repeat after deletion or a new registration of the same CNPJ. In the stores, any offer depends on eligibility and the configuration presented by Apple or Google before confirmation; we do not promise an active trial.
On the web, Stripe processes checkout and cancellation is available in the dashboard. On iOS and Android, purchases, localized prices and cancellations are presented by the respective store. Server confirmation is required for activation. A free period is not promised.
Cancellation, refunds and rights
Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period, unless the account is deleted. Web purchases are subject to Brazilian law, including withdrawal rights where applicable. Apple/Google refunds follow store channels and conditions, without limiting statutory rights. Contact the operator to exercise your rights.
Responsible use
Using the service to discriminate against people, threaten, harass or infer other people's opinions is prohibited. Comments follow the community rules. The service does not guarantee affinity, quality or the safety of a business.
Availability and maps
Third parties provide routes. Check your destination and travel conditions in the navigation app. Integration does not imply an official partnership with providers. Store approval is subject to independent platform review.
